  1. Please fill out the contact form and upload the document. We support TIFF and PDF formats.
  2. Complete the online payment information.
  3. We will submit the documents to the appropriate County Recorder.
  4. Upon recordation you will be emailed a link to download your recorded documents.
The recording charge is $55.00. For documents that have a page count exceeding 19 pages the charge is $85.00. These charges include all fees incurred from the County Recorder Offices.

Please let us know if you plan on recording more than 20 documents monthly. You may qualify as a bulk-user and we can possibly lower your fees.
